Cross country

go!! Sir shouted as everyone took off like a stampede of raging bull’s spaying thick mounts of damp dirt backwards into mid air!! My legs pounded against the ground gaining speed leaving most of the competitors in my dust. My main threat at the moment was Tawa who was coming 1st and and I was coming 4th about 30 meters behind him!! I kept pushing myself till the finish line appeared in my vision and as soon as it came into site I had a sigh of relief and dashed to victory!! In the end I came 5th and I was exhausted dripping with sweat but most of all I was excited because i was going to the Peria far north cross country!!

Science roadshow

Science roadshow

I boomed with excitement as soon as i stepped foot into the hall staring at all the breathtaking stages. We got straight into the show with the people speaking about nutrition. After that we got to go have a turn at all the interesting experiments and my personal favorite was the uphill roller were you had to try figure out why it could go down the hill and come back up.The final stage of the show was my favorite talking about the fire pyramid and how it worked the elements were heat, oxygen and fuel.I learnt the three elements that keeps fires going and i would like to learn more about fires and how they work.

Sir peter blake leadership week

HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER...

to be a good leader you need to show good sportsmanship, give it a go and also NEVER GIVE UP!

If you want to be a good leader you need to never give up,example:
you are playing soccer and the ball is only centimeters away from the goal and say "i give up"your not even trying!!Now onto good sportsmanship, example:If you win a game of rugby or any sport in this instance and you say to the other team that your competing against "ha ha losers!" that's definitely not showing good sportsmanship! last but not least GIVE IT A GO! Giving it a go is not sitting on the sideline and wining because you didn't get a goal if you want to give it a go you need to get out their!!

tutorial on addition up to 7 digits MATH BUDDY!

HELPFUL POSITIVE THOUGHTFUL Poster!

PREPARING FOR RIPPER RUGBY!

1. Firstly Organize the players into two even teams.Mix the genders around as well as their skills and abilities because their could potentially be unexpected players with hidden talents such as Isabella and Caylee.

2.Next you need to choose a team captain!! Now when choosing your captain choose very wisely...your captain needs to be  supportive to carry your team to victory!!Secondly you need a captain that participates fully you know why? because your captain needs to play the game otherwise you will be sitting ducks on the field not knowing what to do!!Thirdly this captain of yours needs to be fair to all your team but if he isn't completely no one will want to play anymore!Last but not least your captain needs to show good sportsmanship! This is very important because you don't want a captain that shows off do you? You don't want a captain that goes and yells out that the other team are complete losers no you do not!!

3.Now each team has to put on their gear...
At this time you need to put on your gear!First get two different colors of tags as well as some belts otherwise how are you going to know which team your on?the next thing you need to do is tuck in your t-shirt because the other team when going in for the rip will keep grabbing your t-shirt and it will not be fair game!!Sooner or later your going to have to put your belts on so pick up a belt and face the Velcro on the outside so you can strap your tags on!Now get into your teams and let your trustworthy captain choose your colour tags. put them on the sides of your belt so the other team can rip'em! Now you are ready to get out onto the field!

finally you need to get out onto the field! Now in your teams move single file out onto the field and spread out covering the whole field so you can get rips easily! now choose which side has the ball then its game on!If you have done all this you know your a successful ripper team!!
